Meeting notes to actions
writingTurns a raw transcript into decisions, owners and dates. Anything that was not actually said comes back marked as not stated.
What it does
Paste a meeting transcript and it returns the decisions rather than a summary. Each one carries an owner and a due date where those were said out loud, and the words "not stated" where they were not, so the gaps are visible instead of invented.
How to use it
- Copy the skill below and paste it into any assistant.
- Paste your transcript where it says to.
- Read the "not stated" lines first. Those are the things the meeting failed to decide.
The skill
Turn the transcript below into a set of actions.
For every decision that was made, write one line: the decision, who owns it, and the date it is due. If an owner or a date was never said out loud, write "not stated" rather than guessing.
Then list, separately:
- open questions nobody answered
- anything that was deferred, and to when
Do not summarise the discussion. Only decisions, owners, dates, and open questions.
